Nios2 V6.0 ?

Has anybody else noticed that inside SOPC builder (Nios51sp1 - QII5.1SP2) a green bulb located to the left of the nios2 cpu lights up since monday and mentiones that nios2 v6.0 is available but non of the links that are shown when i move the mouse over this is a valid link ?

I knew that it will last a couple of weeks until we receive the cd's with the new version or will it be dvd (?) as i am looking foreward for a fixed internal error i had reported to mysupport guessing that it will not be fixed for quartus 5.1 so still have to live with this error.

If i do the update from q5.1 to q6.0 (also nios and megacore) what about the designs ? do i still need the current fir compiler for example or does the new version "update" my designs and i can wipe away the current quartus / nios / megacore installation ?
