Nios2 simulation problem

I have made a simple Qsys system have the main nios2 components

and using the eclips I made a simple "hello world" project from template

then after building the project successfully, I tried to run it as nios2 Modelsim to simulate it

the Modelsim face me with the following message:

# ** Error: Failure to obtain a Verilog simulation license. Unable to checkout any of these license features: alteramtivsim or alteramtivlog.

# Error loading design

It seems to be a licence problem how can i get ride of this???
