it'll be the uclinux install. Something in there trashes the Eclipse setup.

I should note that this isn't really their fault, Nios II didn't put out any guidelines for how a plugin should get installed.

I'm making this short, sorry if it sounds like an alarm. It isn't meant to. This was discussed in another thread.

Try installing Nios II again. I think that was the answer.
