something's wrong with your cygwin installation. it is complaining about the most simple commands in the /bin directory. try reinstalling or fixing your path settings.

have you installed more then one version of quartus & nios? (eg 5.1 & 6.0) that might be a problem for the sdk shell.

Maybe this problem cause of the quartus version, I install the quartus 5.1, there have no

problem now!
