NIOS II Zip Filing System Project error

I'm hazarding a guess, but have you configurred the file system to point to a valid zip file?

If you right click on the System Library and select Properties you come to the system library configuration page.

If you press the software components button and select the Zip Read Only File system you need to check that the zip file is a genuine file.
