If you are an active Nios subscriber (meaning you purchased a Nios dev kit within the past year or you purchased an renewal within the past year) then you will receive the Nios II CD-ROMs shipped to you automatically. Expect the package in several weeks. If you need it sooner, talk to your local Altera representative. If you aren't a subscriber, you can purchase a Nios II development kit or renewal product. All of Altera's mainstream development kits will now include Nios II.
