NIOS II Quick Start tutorial issue

Hi I am getting the following in the NIOS II IDE quick start tutorial, am I doing something wrong? I tried all the steps a couple of times... ***********************************************...

I was trying to run the tutorial on 'standard' configuration from NIOS II IDE examples. I tried it with different configurations and different programs but still the same error is reported. Now I have not been able to run any program on the Altera DE2.

Please Help.
