Nios II on the Cyclone II

I have a cyclone II (EP2C35F672C5) on the standard PCI development kit.

I have a problem with configuring the board and running a processor after configuring.

When programming the SOF file seems te be finished (green LED at front) I still can run the NIOS II Hardware:

Can anyone tell me how the front switch needs to be up or down? Or what I might do wrong?

    hi,leave the board as it it,remove the board and close nios II IDE,then start again fresh nios IDE,build ur program,program correct standard.sof file,u should have correct license file for the nios and quartusII,check all these things,then u run ur program,u might not get any error.nios ide is v easy to use.
