Nios ii iss

Hi,

I am looking for NIOS II ISS as a standalone tool. Which I can integrate and use together with other peripherals modeled in C. Generaly, such standalone tool comes with the library and a header file. Does anyone know where to get it?

From somewhere, I got this link: ftp://ftp.altera.com/outgoing/download/support/ip/processors/nios2/gnu/ . Which is empty repository unfortunately.

Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
