NIOS II IDE

I need information on where I can find the Macros which are to be used to access the registers in peripheral devices. Any help is appreciated

Yes, though if you want to locate one of the main linker sections (.rodata, .rwdata, .text) in that memory, you'll want to set those options in System Library Properties.
