NIOS II IDE v6.0 doesn't respond very often

Hi all, My Nios II IDE doesn't respond very often. It looks like it refreshes the workspace every n second. I searched for/tried options/preferences in the IDE, but nothings seems to help. ...

Hi bigboss,

Thanks for your quick response. I already tried this option but it doesn't help. It looks more like the IDE is refreshing the workspace after changing a file within the IDE.

I have some big header files in my project (about 2000+ lines) and alot of# ifdefs, maybe this has something to do with it...?
