Microtronix has an OpenCores.org Development Package that includes the OpenCores.org 10/100 EMAC with support for the TDK PHY on the Evaluation Kit board, as well as an SOPC Builder component and Avalon bus interface. It also comes with a reference design for that board. It is completely open source so you can do whatever you like with it, including building custom designs. more information is available here.
