Nios II Eval kit, cyclone III edition, Kit not communicating with the Laptop

Hello All,

I have a Nios II Evaluation Kit, Cyclone III edition.

I have installed all the necessary software, Quartus, Nios, and Model sim that comes along wiith the kit. I power up the kit and I can run demo's that comes along with the flash card in the eval kit.

But my kit doesn't communicate with my Laptop. It simply doesn't detect it ????

I am connecting my Eval kit via a USB cable to my computer., Can any help me with this?

Has anyone encountered this kind of problem?
