If you mean to the USB port of the kit then the answer is no. That port is a USB end point (or whatever they are called in "USB speak") so it wouldn't be possible for the FPGA to request data from it. Also it is configured to be a programming cable circuit so it's basically a USB-Blaster and nothing more. There are USB PHY add-in cards that you could use if they hook up over HSMC by removing the LCD card, I have only seen ones that use the Santa Cruz connector form factor but I haven't been looking at USB stuff in years so that has probably changed.
