Nios II EDS installation issue on Quartus V21.1

I have installed the Quartus 21.1 and manually installed the Nios II EDS per document Intel FPGA Software Installation and Licensing, but i can't create new project from template, pls see the attache...

The following solution helped me:

Created a new environment variable in Windows:

Name: WSLENV

Value: SOPC_KIT_NIOS2/p

After restarting Eclipse and Quartus it worked.
