Nios II do not work anymore !

Here is the first console output 

Using cable "USB-Blaster ", device 1, instance 0x00
Pausing target processor: not responding.
Resetting and trying again: OK

OK

Downloaded 3KB in 0.0s        
Verifying 00002000 ( 0%)
Verified OK                         
Leaving target processor paused

I don't understand why the first pausing target processor is not responding...

Would it be the problem ?
