NIOS II capacity

Hi ALL,

i have a one question regarding NIOS II frequency?

Upto how much frequency we can run NIOS II CPU. I ran it on 120Mhz on SLS ESDK board. and i have 133Mhz SDRam.

But any one have an idea for its maximum freuqency?
