[Nios II] Branch mis predicted

Hi,

But I dont really get "mis-prediction" notion for branch.

I got that mis prediction should make the nios empty the pipeline. (5 cycle losts).

in this respected why not taken only last 2 cycles ?? (only one cycle lost).
