Nios-II 1.1 EPCS Bootloader

Just an FYI for anyone following this thread:

A jump to the reset address (soft reset) when booting from

the epcs_controller will cause the epcs boot loader to hang.

Prior to doing something like this, you must make sure the

epcs chip select is negated.
