Nios II - VHDL Source Code, Licensing

Hello, does somebody know whether it is possible to get the Nios II-VHDL source code. There is an ASIC license avialable. What does that license cost? Thanks.

Yes, it is possible to get a license file which will emit a clear text version of the Nios II processor for use in an ASIC flow. While Nios II is royalty free for use in Altera FPGAs, I have no idea what an ASIC license would cost. Probably the best thing for you to do, if you&#39;re interested in pursuing an ASIC with Nios II, would be to contact your local sales guy (Distributor or Altera) and ask them.
