Nios IDE : Disabling Sysid Check

Can anybody tell me how to enable / disable the sysid check the nios ide does ? i have a software project where i would like to temporarily disable the sysid check end enable ist again. B...

I do not know if that is a GUI setting, but you can modify the GUI generated script to ignore sysID. If you are willing to do some CLI-ing than search the forum for programming scripts.
