Ups, thank You. But appears new problem - the Nios Development Board Cyclone II 2C35 Schematic and Nios Development Board Cyclone II Edition Reference Manual are a bit difference. I mean, the SRAM pins wre diffrent connected (on schematic and manual). And list of literature is not formatted:
