nios assertion error

hi when I am using PLL in SOPC builder I received the next error

clk5_multiply_by(0) must be greater than 0

any one know how to solve the problem because I have never seen this error. I tried everything and the error still exists .

now I used DE1 evaluation kit when I used DE0 board the error never happened

If anyone can help me solve the problem it will be gr8
