Nios 9.1 - Eclipse: How does it know if a project is a library or an app?

Hi,

For some reason when I import my application thinks that my application is a library and that my library project is an application. This prevents me from running the application. The application make file successfully generates an .elf file.

When I import a project into Eclipse GUI how does it determine weather it is an application or a library?
