nios 2 on altera apex

hello, I'am a student of IT and I must carry Nios 2 (v 1,1) on Altera apex (excalibur board). In the installed software they are not present the driver for apex. someone knows where...

To my knowledge, this is lost battle in advance: NIOS II does not run on apex.
