Nios 2 C program, burn to EPROM??

Hey guys, so for my project, which I have completed, I need to "burn" my program to the "EPROM" on a de1 board. I have done this with previous projects that were built in quartus using vhdl. But this semester we were introduced to nios2-eclipse. My entire program runs using c programming in eclipse. How do I burn it to the EPROM from eclipse? I have read tutorial PDF from altera but I have not found if this is possible

    There is a tool called Nios Programmer that can flash the software, IIRC it can be called from Eclipse.
