19 years agoNew release of ERIKA Enterprise and RT-Druid
Dear all,
I would like to inform everybody we just released version 1.2.8 of ERIKA Enterprise and RTDruid for the Nios II Platform. The additional features of this version include: 1) The demo version distributed in the web site now includes the possibility to compile single CPU designs with 2 Tasks as well as 2 CPU designs with 3 tasks. 2) Integration with Lauterbach Trace32: - ERIKA now generates Lauterbach PRACTICE scripts to automatically program the FPGA, and start one Lautrebach T32 window for each CPU in single and multiprocessor designs. - Support for the ORTI Language in Lauterbach Trace32: Now is possible to have kernel awareness in the debugger, with possibility to look at Task, Resource, Alarm states during runtime! - Support for stack statistics: for each stack is possible to know how much stack has been used by application tasks in a graphical way! 3) New (single CPU) demos showing the behavior of the various primitives of ERIKA Enterprise. 4) ERIKA Enterprise is now distributed with source code! 5) The business model of ERIKA Enterprise has been simplified: There is no more the difference between Single and Multiprocessor license. ERIKA Enterprise and RT-Druid will be sold in a single version working for single -and- multiprocessor designs! A free 30-day demo version is available as usual at http://www.evidence.eu.com/nios2/demo.asp (http://www.evidence.eu.com/nios2/demo.asp) As the last thing, I would like to inform you that Evidence will partecipate to the Multicore Expo in Santa Clara from 21 to 23 March 2006 showing a few multicore Nios II designs running ERIKA Enterprise! Best Regards, Paolo Gai
