New NiosII 6.0 version

I found some one post a new nios 6 download link on some forum. ftp.altera.com/outgoing/niosii_60_full.zip I do not know the difference between this version and NIOS 6.0 EDS version. Doe...

Full version has gnu tools and uC/OS2 source.

Evaluation version doesn&#39;t have them.
