NEEK Linux Tutorial

Hi All I'm new to Nios, but have been working with FPGA for some time now. Is there a tutorial or step by step for getting Linux with MMU up and running on NEEK? Including peripheral support ...

I'm using Suse with KDE 4 with many dynamic effects enabled and I'm very pleased :). Looks nice and sometimes even is helpful.
