Has anyone used POL power-off-load power supply tehnology????

I found bellnix BSV ultra fast series with switching freqency up to 3Mhz with low voltage ripple 40 mV and it needs only 2 22uF ceramic capacitors and few higher freqency caps and no inductor!

Also I found 4Mhz power supply it is Ltc3414 (linear tehnology) !

I read about these high frequency switch power supplys and they are specialy recomended for FPGAs.
