'My First Nios II Software Tutorial" in Cyclone Starter Kit

Dear all,

When I run "my first nios ii software tutorial" included in cyclone iii starter kit, led3 is blinking instead of led1 as in the tutorial,

anyone experience similar problem?

    Check the connections and the output ports in the top design schematic page of the Quartus project.

    There is no any connections, the .ptf file was already provided.
