Honored ContributorI have NIOS II 9.1 build tools. I have a project that compiles/links/debugs successfully. I want to put that project on another machine with the exact same IDE. I copied the whole directory tree over to the new machine and fired up the IDE. It showed my project and the associated BSP, but no C files or anything underneath. How do you migrate your project to another system?

Honored Contributorroujesky, if you are using build tools you can import your project like a command line project. For description please refer:

However, you can manually convert an IDE project to a Software Build Tools project." I'm using also classical IDE. For transferring projects you have to copy all the IDE stuff (including the .metadata directory where the workspace settings are stored) which could be outside your tree. Another way is to create a new projet with the same settings an then copy all the sources in the project directory. After that you must refresh your project in the IDE. Jens
