Motion-JPEG decoder/encoder

Hi,everybody: I used Altera DE2 board and Web Camera. I will display image in IE through boa web server ( Motion-JPEG format) . but I don't know how to decoder/encoder images. Anyone can...

I will try to get one.

I am stilling looking at the video capture driver, at linux-2.6.x/drivers/media/video.

I didn&#39;t figure out how to write the driver yet.
