Motion-JPEG decoder/encoder

Hi,everybody: I used Altera DE2 board and Web Camera. I will display image in IE through boa web server ( Motion-JPEG format) . but I don't know how to decoder/encoder images. Anyone can...

Yes. You can study the codes in user/w3cam .

You will still need a video input driver. I will help you when I have time.
