Figures, I search for hours for a solution and finally ask for help and I make progress not 30 minutes later. :oops:

I am half way there (I hope).

I managed to find the "make help" option when running in the nios2 command shell. This generated srec files. (I sort of expected that)

Now I need to figure out which SREC file to use and to convert it into my hex file.

The hardware I am using is an EPCS128 and a Cyclone IV. (should work the same as a Cyclone III)
