Missing "Run configurations" in Nios II EDS 9.1

First right click on the icon of the program -> properties -> compatibility tab

mark "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" box and then choose windows vista service pack 2 on the menu. -> ok

after that, every time you run Nios II IDE, run it at administrator right click -> run as administrator -> yes.

Your syslib is one of the files on the bsp part of the project
