MII Reference Design

According to this (http://www.altera.com/solutions/refdesigns/sys-sol/comm/ref-mii.html), there is a SOPC builder ready design to support the MII. I've sent two emails through the link already, but have yet to receive any feedback. Is there an alternative way to obtain the design?
