Microtrinix Linux Distribution 1.4 is giving problem - After installing, the Microtronics option is not appearing in Nios II IDE-> New Projects Regards

I have met the same problem. Because I used the evaluation edition of Nios II shipped with the board.

Try the full edition, you will find everything is fine.
