MicroC/OS-II for Nios IDE5.0

Hi, Unlike in NIOSII IDE1.1, NIOSII IDE5.0 doesn't ship with MicroC/OSII Component. Where do i get it? Thanks in Advance.

May I program with uC/OSII without NiosII IDE?

I remebered one of my friends once successfully implemented his design

in another C/C++ IDE,but then he was tickering with Nios3.0(not NiosII).

Under current NiosII IDE,may I program out of NiosII IDE and after

succeeful compilation then I copy that into the NiosII IDE?
