Makefile needed for Eclipse (ARM DS-5) in Windows GUI

All,

To familiar Eclipse for DS-5 tool at Windows 7 OS, I created the same project name: sample_project (refer to page 3-3 of "Altera SoC Embedded Design Suite User Guide").

However, I did not know how to create a Makefile in that folder.

Can you please send me a sample makefile file as reference (at Windows 7 OS)?
