make ARCH=nios2 help

Hi,

There is a target help in nios2 Makefile?

.../linux-2.6/ make ARCH=arm help its ok but ARCH=nios2 dont list targets options

which are the targets for nios2? make defconfig its not supported per example

    Sorry, both help and defconfig is not supported yet. Please check arch/nios2/Makefile for available targets. Patches welcome.
