M25P64 flash ID

Hi, I have read many times you can use the ST flash devices instead of the EPCS ones. When trying to flash the ST device with the quartus programmer it comes up with device ID unknown. I know you ...

Quartus recognizes it straight away and works flawlessly as though the M25P64 were a EPCS64.
