lwip standalone - don't start

Hi,

I'm new to both Altera and NIOS II

When I download one of the demo apps, e.g. "hello world", everything works fine.

When I download the standalone LWIP, howver, it seems like that my Stratix Board runs something "else" ?

The display shows "Network init..." etc and then reports that the card is trying to locate a DHCP server. in fact, it seems to be the exact same behaviour as when I download the web server example application. How come ?
