loss of pin properties in full featured 2c35

Hi Andy,

if you are doing what I am thinking... when you (re)assign pins, you should first close the project and quartus and restart it before you can use it. First save of course before closing it http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif . but it&#39;s a bug in Quartus II.
