Location of C2H in NIOS 9.1 tools?

Where did the C2H functions go in the 9.1 Software Build Tools for Eclipse?

hello, I have probleme in 10.0 SP1, the C2H option don't appear in the menue. I followed the user's guide but when I click on the function name, the right click on mouse don't make C2H option visible. Can somebody help me. Regards,
