Location of C2H in NIOS 9.1 tools?

Where did the C2H functions go in the 9.1 Software Build Tools for Eclipse?

Does anyone know when we can expect C2H in Nios II SBT (Eclipse)?

Seems a little funny that they are depreciating the old IDE, but haven't included the GUI capabilities for C2H in the new software.
