Location of C2H in NIOS 9.1 tools?

Where did the C2H functions go in the 9.1 Software Build Tools for Eclipse?

In the command line tools, a report is generated in the ".prop" file,

Does anybody knows which tool can open it to make any kind of sense? I understand that I could copy it in a fake IDE project in orde to use the IDE C2H view. However there must be something less complicated to use... I hope.
