Location of C2H in NIOS 9.1 tools?

Where did the C2H functions go in the 9.1 Software Build Tools for Eclipse?

For now you can either continue using the IDE or you can use the command line tools for generating a hardware accelerator. If you are new to C2H I recommend using the IDE since it'll give you a formatted report file explaining what has been generating for the accelerator and the scheduling information. Once you get the hang of it you'll probably want to use the command line tools like I do.
