Loading image to SDRAM under ubuntu

Hi, I am trying to run uclinux on DE0-Nano, and i successfully generated the zImage, but iam unable to load the image into SDRAM, it showing error like alex@alex:~$ nios2-download -g ~/...

Thanks for ur suggestions, and also thanks to nicocornelis,because he suggested mi in correct way to download image into sdram.

I need one help sir,

Now i wants to work with DE2,DE4 with uclinux, kindly provide any tutorials
