Loading image to SDRAM under ubuntu

Hi, I am trying to run uclinux on DE0-Nano, and i successfully generated the zImage, but iam unable to load the image into SDRAM, it showing error like alex@alex:~$ nios2-download -g ~/...

You can always try running everything as root. Just type "sudo su" at the command prompt to become root (that way you don't have to type sudo everytime) and run jtagconfig.
